Through persistent online tutorials, exercise files, consistent research and real world application, I have taught myself to be proficient in programs such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. I am able to interchange between these applications for a more interactive consumer experience that I can design, create and produce from start to finish. I have applied these newly attained skills proficiently on a day-to-day basis for the last 3 years at my current place of employment and am always eager to learn new techniques and further expand my skills.

Provided white glove support and service to high-end American Express Platinum clientele. Obtained certificate for the internal  course: ‘Excellent Care & Customer Service for High-End Targeted Clientele’. This course taught me etiquette in dealing with a range of high-end targeted clients and their personal requests. I produced immediate and effective results by instantly utilizing the internet and various internal applications and resources to solve clientele problems or requests, acting as a mobile concierge directly to the customers themselves.
